Centercourse – So Far Gone
July 2009
So Far Gone – Centercourse f. Joanna Stevens
Another lovely collaboration with the lovely Joanna Stevens. We made an effort to treat her voice as more of an instrument with this one which really gave room for a lot of flexibility in the production. She recorded the vocals from her studio and just sent us a palette of tracks to ‘paint’ with. Enjoy.

Inbar Bakal – “Song of Songs”
April 2009
Inbar and I wrote her debut album “Song of Songs” last year and it’s out now and it’s already getting some great love from KCRW and a bucket of other pubications. This record is a set of traditional Yemenite prayer songs transmorphed into contemporary electronic/eastern soundscapes with the accomplished vocals of Inbar Bakal, what a talent.
Mark Campbell Remixes
February 2009
Just finished a slew of house remixes for Impropa recording artist Mark Campbell. Mark makes some really killer house and breaks and he’s a staple in the Seattle club scene. Each these mixes kind of took on a life of their own, hope it does you justice Mark.
Beats Like This/Get Down
February 2009
My latest tracks Beats Like This & Get Down are released globally today. Beats Like This has a thick sawtooth synth in the drivers’ seat, bit more electro than I’m used to but it came out pretty good. Get Down should do well in Miami [WMC] this year, that one’s more of a beach party house track. In any case, you can pick it up here if you like. Enjoy:
Reachin Out/In The Room
November 2008
Next set of house tracks, another collab with DJ Rap, “Reachin Out” & “In The Room” are out today, woot! Did the vocals on Reachin Out, by the by. Sampling below, and you can get em yourself here. Enjoy:
Centercourse – Hey Love
October 2008
This is an edit of Luna, one of the forthcoming tracks from my downtempo group Centercourse. We had Joanna Stevens lay some entrancing vocals on this and this track currently resides in purgatory until the 3 of us can decide on a home for it. In the meantime I thought you may as well enjoy the fruits of our labor:
Dizzee Rascal – Dance Wiv Me Remix
May 2008
Mixed up UK Recording artist Dizzee Rascal’s “Dance Wiv Me”. The original production by Calvin Harris is decent but felt a little easy-going to me.
For this mix I stripped it down and gave the vocal a more aggressive feel using darker chord changes and edgier synths. Layered with a ragga beat, I’m very pleased with how this turned out (So was Dizzee).
Project: DJ Rap’s “Synthesis”
January 2008
It’s a new year and I’m starting production on a new project with DJ Rap. This will be her sophomore song record, the follow up to “Learning Curve” [which sold 300K copies], and I’ve got some big shoes to fill. Looking forward to this creative adventure! We started writing a track today tentatively called “Catching Bullets” which is turning out stellar. Stay tuned.
